Kia Ora, my name is Jo Buisson, I have been working in early childhood for the last 20 years, nannying, homebased care and then completing my bachelor in early childhood in 2021 and becoming a part of early childhood centres.

 

I believe children have the right to high quality education and care in early childhood settings, including good child to teacher ratios and an environment that supports children’s wellbeing.

I value respectful and responsive relationships between whānau , children and other staff that support home and centre connections. I value the individual culture of each family, that promotes inclusive practices and supports diversity.

 

I am excited to be a part of Lambs Preschool and supporting your children to grow as happy confident life long learners.
