My name is Zina Purvis, I have had the honour of being a teacher for the past 18 years, I first started when I was 17 at this very centre, throughout my training I have worked at a lot of other centres but have always come back to Lambs.

 

The centre is self is small and the teachers are wholesome with a great connection to whanau. Which is my own personal philosophy in education and care.

 

I couldn't think of a better job than being greeted each day with loving smiles and 500 random questions.

 

I aim to help children develop social skills, build self-esteem, and become lifelong learners – which makes it one of the most important and rewarding parts, like the feeling you get when you help them overcome challenges and build confidence so they can become the best version of themselves.
